Who we are
Christmas Party Magic is run by Fine Entertainments Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11037313). We're the data controller for information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and information about your event. Our website may also collect basic technical information like your browser type and pages visited, to help us keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, check availability, send you quotes and manage any booking you make. To do that we may share relevant event details with the performers we're suggesting or booking for you. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll help. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
